Pilates is suitable for all body types and fitness levels and I can tailor sessions to your own individual needs whether that’s injury rehabilitation, Pre/Post Natal, Strength and Conditioning and much more.

Mat Pilates is a full body, low impact workout which is perfect to practise at home – all you need is the space of a mat. Pilates does not need to be practiced as a sole discipline and can also be mixed in with Barre, Boot camp, HIIT, Abs or Glute Focused exercises. 

1:1 or Duo

These sessions are offered over Zoom. High quality focused sessions with flexible scheduling at a time that suits you. We will focus our attention on your own (and your partners) personal needs and goals.

Pre-Recorded

Tailored individually to your needs so you have no excuse not to fit your training in around your busy life. Bring your pocket personal instructor with you as you travel

Group Online Training

I’m a Queen Coach on the “Queen’s Don’t Quit” platform; where you will find myself and a host of other instructors who specialise in women’s fitness. Of course all Genders are welcome too!
