Hi, I’m Sinead – a Women’s Health Coach, Pilates, Barre and Fitness Instructor.
I grew up wanting to be a dancer and in 2015 after many worldwide professional dancing contracts I realised my dream of becoming a Bluebell Girl at Le Lido de Paris on the Champs Elysees. My career has taken me all over the world, from Europe to South East Asia and the Americas. I am extremely grateful for all the experiences that I have had as they led me to where I am today.
Fitness and nutrition were a huge part of my life and I became aware of body shape, food, dieting and weight loss at a very young age. This awareness grew to obsession and over shadowed and at times prevented me from enjoying or even partaking in many events over the years. As a young woman, I struggled with insecurities. My time was spent chasing a number on the scale or an unrealistic image in the mirror.
After years of wishing my body looked different and letting those thoughts rule my life I have finally discovered how to be happy in my own skin. Supporting and encouraging other women to do the same has since become my passion.
Working with me is a judgement free zone. I understand that making personal changes can be lonely, and stressful, which is why I offer free access to my WhatsApp over the course of your plan and beyond. Trust me when I say there is nothing you can say that will shock me; I aim to always be approachable and understanding.
