How it Works?

Step One – Program Discovery

Are you interested in a one off Personalised Program or the recommended 12 Week Program? Contact me to arrange a complimentary 15 minute discovery call to discuss which option would be best for you or to book an appointment for your initial consultation.

Step Two - Your Initial Consultation

I’ll ask you specific questions to get an understanding of your day-to-day life. We’ll chat about everything from your sleep routine to your morning rituals and all the bits in between! You’ll also need to tell me your top 3 health and lifestyle goals that you want to work towards.

Step Three – Your Personalised Program

You will receive your program containing everything you need to get going on this new and exciting journey including personalised recommendations, recipes, tips and tricks. No stone is left unturned and your program will be designed to be simple and easy to follow.

Step Four – The Follow Up

During our longer tailored programs in depth follow up meetings are arranged every 3-4 weeks, flexible with your lifestyle and other commitments.

Do not forget that I am available for you outside of these meetings too via private messaging for advice and an uplift if required!

Once you have finished either a one off Personalised Program or the more extensive 12 Week Program the goal is that you will have built secure healthy habits and mindset strategies allowing you to continue maintaining your goals.

Many clients find they would like to arrange further consultations and many more find they now have the confidence to go it alone!

I work with future Brides and Mothers to be who want to take better care of their health and feel their best! We can look at heart health, hormones, stress, sleep and anything else that concerns you!
